"I used Smoove Move today to pack two storage units into a 20 ft. U-haul, travel 30 minutes, then unload the truck into a house. They were top-notch - on time, very personable, communicative, and professional. The reporting location was apparently given to the company incorrectly prior to moving day (possibly my fault), but whoever was on the other end of the text messages was great too and able to pivot easily to get it sorted out. I was very impressed and would definitely use them again. Thanks!"

"There was a minor hiccup with the system allowing me to select the date I needed the help for (11-10-25) but when the company confirmed my request they said they would be arriving between 7;15 - 8;45am on the 11th. After contacting customer service they were able to adjust the date to the 10th like I needed. The rest of the service went off without a hitch. The 2 guys that did the loading were amazing!!! I highly recommend! If I wasnt moving across country I would definitely use this company again! It was worth every penny."

"I have to admit it. These guys were super fast. I moved from the 2nd floor apartment to a house with 2 floors (40 miles away). They got it loaded and unloaded in the allocated 3 hours with an hour drive time. I was amazed at how fast they loaded the truck. No damages at all."
