• Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours cancellation notification prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service will result in a cancellation fee.

• Liability: Smoove Move Logistics shall not be liable for any losses or damages sustained as a result of using our services. The customer is solely responsible for preparing their property and goods for transport.

1. Arbitration Agreement

YOU AGREE THAT THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT:

WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CONSOLIDATED CLAIMS

You and SMÜV.SHOP™ agree to resolve all disputes through final and binding arbitration.

2. Definitions

“You,” “Your,” “User” – Any individual or representative of a business seeking moving or logistics services.“Provider,” “Mover,” or “Service Partner” – An independent contractor or company listed on SMÜV.SHOP™ offering logistics or moving-related services.“We,” “Us,” or “Our” – Smoove Move Logistics by SMÜV.SHOP™, a service marketplace and technology platform.“Services” – Any moving, logistics, or support services requested through the platform.“Marketplace” or “Site” – The official SMÜV.SHOP™ web portal at [https://smuv.shop].

3. Use of Common Sense

You understand that the SMÜV.SHOP™ platform is free to browse. Use common sense and discretion when selecting service providers. You are solely responsible for your choices.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts. This platform is not intended for users under the age of 18.

5. Neutral Platform

SMÜV.SHOP™ is a neutral digital marketplace. We do not employ any service providers listed. We do not conduct background checks, licensing validation, or guarantee service quality. All interactions, guarantees, and risks lie strictly between you and the service provider.

6. Placing an Order


When you click “Book Now”, you are making a binding offer to engage services. If your quote was based on general location (e.g., "Phoenix, AZ") and your actual address differs, the provider may:

Honor the original quote

Ask you to rebook for an accurate price

Cancel the request

If a Payment is issued and redeemed, the job is considered complete and resolved between you and the provider.

7. Payments


By booking, you authorize SMÜV.SHOP™ to charge your card for the total service amount and a refundable service handling fee. SMÜV.SHOP™ is a payment facilitator, not a bank or escrow agent.

Once the job is completed and you provide the Payment Code, funds are released to the provider. If you do not provide this code within 120 days, SMÜV.SHOP™ may assume the job was completed and release payment automatically.

8. Refundable Handling Fee


A $5.95 Refundable Handling Fee applies to every order. It becomes non-refundable if you do not leave a review within 60 days of:

Job no-show

9. Customer Reviews


Reviews must be submitted within 60 days of job completion. By submitting a review, you grant SMÜV.SHOP™ a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it in marketing. You may not edit, remove, or reuse your review on other platforms or marketing channels.

10. Disputes and Waivers


All disputes related to service delivery are between you and the provider. SMÜV.SHOP™ is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims. You release us and our affiliates from all related liability.

11. Provider Privacy Practices

We are not responsible for how individual service providers handle your personal data. Please exercise caution and discretion.

12. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of changes.
