Yes, Smoove Move Logistics is fully licensed and insured to provide moving and related services. We are also verified by the Google Guarantee program.

What if I have a complaint or issue?

Are your movers background checked?

Yes. All Smoove Move Logistics crew members undergo strict background checks, ID verification, and training through our internal onboarding process powered by SMÜV.SHOP™.

What if my item is damaged?

We take great care with every move. If damage occurs, file a claim within 48 hours and our SMÜVguard® Coverage Team will review it. We carry general liability and cargo insurance for covered incidents.

Do I need to be present during the move?

Not necessarily. If pre-approved, you can authorize remote access or virtual supervision via FaceTime, WhatsApp, or SMS for seamless coordination.

Are you part of Google’s Guarantee Program?

Yes! Our Google Guarantee means you’re protected up to $2,000 for services booked through Google Local Services. We aim for top-rated, verified excellence.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally, 5–7 days before your move. For high-demand weekends or end-of-month moves, earlier is better. We can also do same-day or next-day for urgent needs (extra fee may apply).

Do you move on weekends or holidays?

Yes. We operate 7 days a week, including holidays, with premium availability. Book early—weekends fill fast.

Can I cancel or reschedule my move?

Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your move. Less than that may incur a cancellation fee. Contact us ASAP to avoid charges.

What if my move runs over time?

No stress. If you exceed your booked hours, you’ll simply be charged the standard hourly extension rate. We’ll always communicate before overtime begins.

Do you work with property managers or realtors?

Absolutely. We provide Home Staging, Tenant Turnover, and Preferred Vendor Programs for property groups and real estate agents. Ask about our Affiliate Program.
