In particular, customers must agree to the following:

• Payment: Customers must pay for services in full prior to service being rendered. Smoove Move Logistics reserves the right to refuse services if payment is not made in full.

• Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours cancellation notification prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service will result in a cancellation fee.

• Liability: Smoove Move Logistics shall not be liable for any losses or damages sustained as a result of using our services. The customer is solely responsible for preparing their property and goods for transport.

• Terms: Customers agree to Smoove Move Logistics Terms and Conditions when using our services.

By agreeing to the Smoove Move Logistics Terms and Conditions, the customer is agreeing to be bound to the terms and conditions outlined. It is important for customers to read and understand the terms and conditions before using Smoove Move Logistics services. All sales are final. No refunds!
